Work-life balance

You don’t need to be in an office 9-17 *to work* at Trendsales. It’s something you *do.*
We believe effectiveness is individual and cannot be measured in “face time”. More flexibility will support better output and work-life balance and that’s important to us.
Working remotely is not for everyone and we respect that as well – which is why we have a beautiful office space in central Copenhagen and Vilnius in Lithuania.

Scaling up social

Because we have a flexible way of working, we believe it’s more important than ever to see each other physically for social events once in a while.
We gather for casual friday bars, occasional spa treatments, pizza, cocktail courses, going to the movies as well as for our annual summer and winter events of course.

Head of Trade Support
At Trendsales there is room for everyone and our differences are respected. I like that we’re always encouraged to be honest and our best selves. I find that it creates a collective, cultural spirit and it lays a strong foundation for us to reach our common goals as a team.

Head of Backend Engineering
I joined Trendsales in 2021 because I became very interested in working for a green company. I did not know much about second hand markets before, but was amazed at how popular and well respected Trendsales is, even within my own social circle. The product is excellent, the roadmap exciting, the team kick-ass... what’s not to like?

I’m a student at CPH Business, so I really love the flexibility here. As Support Agents, we’re encouraged to work from home whenever we see fit, but sometimes it’s nice to meetup with the others at the office!
